Capturing Interest at an Event
Commtrex is attending the Midwest Association of Rail Shippers (MARS) event in January, and Hen House helped them design their presence and demand generation plan while participating in the conference.
Through the group sponsorship to creating a demo table and an iPad giveaway, Commtrex is set to meet and capture promising leads at this prestigious event. Hen House also created a rack-card collateral (pictured) a 2-sided US flyer, and a stylus pen giveaway.
Engaging Holiday Email
in 2016, Sierra Ventures merged their holiday outreach with insightful editorial content that was audience targeted. The results was a well designed newsletter campaign that created a +13% engagement through click-throughs compared to the 2015 holiday email campaign sent the year before.
Sierra was savvy to reach out to their network at year's end and recap what investments they are focused upon, their network's recent accomplishments, and their deep appreciation for the email recipient's contribution to their success.
The result is a very personal, appreciative email, with high engagement.

For the 3rd year, Hen House is honored to contribute to Sierra Ventures' CXO Summit. In 2016, Hen House was responsible for the event communications, including the theme, logo, and graphic design which was used in everything from email invites to the mobile application.
Hen House also constructed the event descriptions and expectations to ensure the right audiences would respond and accept the invitations.

Updating Network with Newsletters
Hen House helped Sierra strengthen their communications and awareness within their network by designing and delivering a targeted newsletter. Sierra maximized it's potency by allowing us to customize the content based upon the relationship type that Sierra holds with each contact.
Sending periodic newsletters is imperative for VC's to remind investors, entrepreneurs, advisors and service providers what investment types their firm is focused on and what are their recent activities, to entice involvement.
This campaign was successful as one out of seven recipients clicked on an article link to learn more.

Greenwave launches revolutionary EMI filter
Hen House drafted the communications platform & strategy behind the new filter release. This announcement was distributed to over 250 websites with over 170 million viewers, throughout the US. Additionally, Hen House updated all of Greenwave's collateral and social channels, communicating the new filter's availability and importance.
Carepoynt wanted to make a "splash" with their launch party. So Hen House recommended and created a video invitation for them to send to their colleagues as a way to get the excitement about their launch party and what they are doing as a company.
